ITIT Troubleshooters

Terms of use

What this service is

IT Troubleshooters provides an AI-assisted troubleshooting tool, a knowledge base of guides, diagnostic tools, and optional human support tickets. It is general troubleshooting information, generated in part by an AI model, and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong for your specific situation.

Your responsibility

No professional guarantee

Guidance from the AI assistant and knowledge base is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it will fix your specific problem. It isn't a substitute for a qualified technician where your situation needs hands-on diagnosis.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. [Cancellation, refund and proration terms need to be finalised here and matched exactly to how billing/portal.php and the Stripe subscription settings actually behave before this is published.] You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account's billing page at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use this service to attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it or to other users' data; to submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content; or to use the AI assistant for anything outside genuine IT troubleshooting.

Liability

[This section defines how much financial responsibility the business accepts if something goes wrong, and needs to be drafted or reviewed by a lawyer for your jurisdiction rather than templated — it has real financial consequences and can't be responsibly filled in generically here.]

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
