Apple continues to sweeten the deal for Apple Card owners with new cash back options

Apple Card owners with new cash back incentives. The latest company to join in is Walgreens, which now offers 3 percent toward Apple’s Daily Cash on purchases made in its stores instead of the usual 2 percent.

Walgreens joins Uber and Uber Eats, which also added a 3 percent offer for the Apple Card alongside the credit card’s launch in August. The Apple Card usually offers 1 percent cash back on purchases made with the card or 2 percent for purchases with Apple Pay. The 3 percent offer was only originally offered for purchases made directly through Apple itself.

The 3% tier currently includes any transactions made with Apple, for hardware or services including transactions made on the App Store. For Apple transactions, it does not matter what form of payment you use.

The new deal marks the latest perk Apple’s added to the Apple Card since its launch. While Apple has yet to announce plans for future cash back deals, it seems like these sorts of partnerships will continue to expand to help entice future Apple Card customers to sign up.
