Playstion 4 Error  NP-40833-8

I’ve been having sign-in problems for about a week now. None of my devices on my home network can connect to the playstation store or playstation network. When I try to access PlayStation Store on my laptop, I get an error page saying “This page can’t be displayed. Contact support for additional information. The incident ID is: N/A”.

When I try to connect to psn on my PS4, I get the error with ID NP-40833-8

I opened the ports PlayStation advised

TCP – 80, 443, 1935, 3478-3480

UDP – 3478-3479

This did not work still I tried using my phone off my network and worked so guessed IP banned? Worked when connected PS4 via phone too.

I’ve tried reaching out to Sony, but they asked to do what already tried but did them again still same.

Reset router to factory then tried still same added the ports again and router restarted and all working. Checked my IP but was still the same one that did not work.

Tried the PlayStation Fix & Connect online tool if you require help with connectivity issues on your PS4 system.
